Before my wife and I decided to work with Nick and his team, we spoke to 3 of their references. We also walked through each of their homes to see first-hand, the level of build quality. This letter is based upon our experience buying and semi-customizing our house on Ninth Street in Etobicoke.

We contacted Nick Manno when the property had just holes in the ground and negotiated the purchase of our hole within a week. He was fair and professional through the process and very happy for us when we closed the deal.
​
As we got the home pre-construction we were able to semi-customize the house and Nick was helpful every step of the way – arranging appointments with suppliers, trades, etc. and giving us timely updates along the way. He also arranged for us to view four homes Iconix had just completed in North Toronto so we could see different colour schemes, workmanship and overall quality of the finished product.
We are very happy with the end result.

Nick Manno was the builder who built and provided post build service to a home I purchased from him on Royal York Road in 2012.
This home is beautifully constructed and has presented very little issue regarding post build service. When this has occurred Mr. Manno has been cordial and responsive regarding any matters arising.
I wish all home builders built with the same best practices and integrity as Mr. Manno.

I would buy another home from him in the future if I were in the market.
